Complaints channel
Alkeymia Group provides its employees, clients, suppliers, and other interested parties with a Whistleblowing Channel to confidentially and securely report any possible irregularity, regulatory breach, or conduct contrary to the ethics and values of the group.
This channel complies with the provisions of Law 2/2023, of February 20, regulating the protection of persons who report regulatory infringements and the fight against corruption, guaranteeing the confidentiality of the whistleblower’s identity and the prohibition of retaliation.
When accessing the channel, you must select the corresponding company to which you wish to address your communication. Each company will internally manage the reports received in accordance with its own procedures and applicable regulations.

Personal data and other information provided through this channel will be processed for the purpose of receiving communications, reviewing their content, and managing the case file created.
The data of the whistleblower, the reported person, or third parties, as well as other information, will be retained for the time strictly necessary to determine whether an investigation into the reported facts should be initiated.
Three months after the decision is made regarding the initiation of proceedings or the dismissal of the case, the information will be deleted from the system, unless its retention is necessary to demonstrate the functioning of the crime prevention model of the legal entity or if the investigation has led to facts that must be retained according to the legal statute of limitations for possible actions or liabilities. The information will be safeguarded solely by those individuals entrusted with internal control and compliance functions.
The processing of data within internal communication channels shall be considered lawful in accordance with Articles 6.1(c) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, Article 8 of Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December, and Article 11 of Organic Law 7/2021 of 26 May, in accordance with Articles 10 and 13 of Law 2/2023 of 20 February, regulating the protection of those who report regulatory infringements and the fight against corruption.
Facts that may constitute criminal or administrative offenses, including personal data, may be communicated to the competent authorities, whether located within national territory or abroad, which may entail an international transfer of data carried out on grounds of public interest and/or for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
Measures have been adopted to preserve the identity and guarantee the confidentiality of the data relating to persons affected by the information provided, particularly that of the individual reporting the facts, should they have been identified.
Data subjects may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability, and restriction or objection by writing to dataprotection@alkeymiagroup.com. Likewise, they may file a complaint with the Supervisory Authority (Spanish Data Protection Agency, www.aepd.es) if they consider that their rights have not been duly respected.
